Adventureland 2010

We finally took Eli to Adventureland for the first time. Not sure why we have not done this before. It is only 2 hours from the house and only about five minutes from my brothers house. This year we were treated by Grandpa and Grandma with tickets for the whole family to go at the same time. The weekend started out wet but as the day went on the weather was picture perfect. (PUN) We hit the Ferris wheel first and after ride after ride Eli was loving it. Wyatt even got in on a few rides such as the infant ocean and driving the semi trucks. Eli REALLY wanted to ride the Tornado (the best wooden roller coaster in Iowa! - okay maybe the only one). At the bottom of the big hill they take your photo, as you can see we HAD to get the picture. Notice how white Eli's knuckles are. We also had just rode the Log Ride that's why Matt's shirt is so wet (he got drenched!) Good times were had by all - thanks for the memories Mom and Dad we will have to do it again next year.
