This weekend has a theme of male bonding. The three of us had a great day Saturday. We went to Thiesen's to purchase some jeans for Matt. (And get some popcorn for Eli) then we decided to go out to eat for lunch. Usually we would take the easy route and get McDonald's but Matt and I were both hungry for Carlos O'Kellys (imagine that!). We rarely take Eli out to eat unless other people are with us but the cravings took over the rational part of our brains. Well, Eli was a "GOOD BOY" at Carlos. He ate well, colored on his book and made a trip to the restroom. Maybe we'll go out to eat again in the next 3 months????
Sunday was a day for the boys. Dwayne (aka Papa) took his boat over to Palo to fish. Matt and Eli woke up early and were ready to fish. The arrived around 9:30 am and left around 3 pm! Matt said he did real good especially since they only caught 2 fish. I think there will be another fisherman in the household. Dwayne took most of the pictures on his camera but here is the one Matt managed to get on ours.
